- 설교자의 그리스도 체화 연구 : 가가와 도요히코(賀川豊彦)의 그리스도 산상수훈을 중심으로 -
본 논문은 설교자의 그리스도 체화를 연구하는데 목적을 둔다. 그리 고 설교자의 그리스도 체화를 설명하는데 있어서, 가가와도요히코를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 설교자에게 그리스도 체화는 무엇보다도 중요하다. 왜냐하면 설교 자가 삶에서 그리스도를 경험한 후 체화시키지 못한다면, 그리스도의 가르침과 삶을 준행할 수 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 그리스도 체화 연구 는 참된 설교자가 되기 위한 전제 조건이 될 수밖에 없다. 그렇다면, 설 교자의 그리스도 체화 연구를 위해 좋은 예시가 될 수 있는 자는 누구 일까? 수많은 설교자가 있지만, 연구자는 가가와 도요히코를 가장 좋 은 모델 가운데 한 명으로 생각한다. 물론, 도요히코를 가리켜 사회주 의 운동가라고 평가하는 자도 있다. 그러나 그는 자신의 사역을 초점을 하나님 나라 운동이라 정의하고, 일본 전체를‘하나님께 드리는 운동’ 인 하나님 나라 운동을 계획하고 수행했다. 훗날, 도요히코의 하나님 나라 운동은 그를 가리켜 일본의 작은 예수라고 평가받는 계기가 된다. 도요히코가 일본의 작은 예수라고 평가받을 수 있는 근원은 자신의 말씀 사역과 사회 운동 근간에 그의 그리스도 체화가 밑바탕이 된다. 그리고 도요히코가 그리스도를 체화시키는 핵심 열쇠는 예수의 산상설교 가르침이었다. 바꿔 말하면, 산상설교 가르침에 나타난 예수가 도요 히코의 현실적인 삶에 체화되었다.
A Study on the Preacher Embodying Christ : Toyohiko Kagawa’s Preaching on Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount
This paper aims to study the preacher embodying Christ. It will focus on Toyohiko Kagawa in explaining the preacher embodying Christ. Embodying Christ is of utmost importance for preachers because if a preacher cannot experience and embody Christ in his life, he will not be able to follow the teachings and life of Christ. Therefore, embodying Christ is a prerequisite for being an authentic preacher. So, who is a good example for a researcher to study the preacher embodying Christ? There are many preachers, but the researcher considers Toyohiko to be one of the best models. Of course, some would characterize him as a socialist activist. However, he defined the focus of his ministry as the Kingdom of God movement, and he planned and carried out the Kingdom of God Movement, a movement to bring all of Japan to God. Later, Toyohiko's work for the Kingdom of God would lead to him being referred to as Japan's little Jesus. The source of Toyohiko's reputation as Japan's little Jesus is his embodying of Christ, which underlies his ministry of the Word and his social movements. And the key to Toyohiko's embodying Christ was Jesus' sermon on the Mount. In other words, the Sermon on the Mount was embodied in Toyohiko's practical life.
